  1.      As a Scrum Master , one of the responsibilities is to help the team pulling up the backlog for a sprint which is already prioritized and pulling items which are placed on the top (sorted as per the priority). 2.      Once, the team is able to identify items that can add value from the pile of requirements, the Scrum Master can help them ( Product Owner + Development Team) to convert them into good user stories (if it is not already). A good user story is one which  includes          a description and           has acceptance criteria defined. It should be a piece which can be delivered in a sprint and entails minimum dependencies. The team should be able to develop and test within the boundaries of the sprint along with providing the estimates . In short, good user stories follow the INVEST principle. How to Run an Effective Scrum Meeting?

The daily Scrum meeting, also known as the daily  stand-up The daily  stand-up ,is the daily meeting where your software development team gathers to provide project status updates about : Ø   what has been done, Ø   what needs to be done, and Ø   where there are issues.   (Or) For Example ,they might ask things such as : Ø       What did you do yesterday?  Ø       What will you do today? Ø        Are there any problems preventing us from reaching the sprint goal?   In theory, these meetings are supposed to help the team communicate and produce a better product, but unfortunately, they often go wrong. People get off of topic, distracted, and, next thing you know, what should have taken 15 minutes has now taken an hour.   Can the Scrum master be a Product owner or a member of the development team? It is possible for a scrum master to be a part of the development team or be a product owner, however it is not recommended, and it is better if their role is kept separate.
